School day breakfast smoothie

Makes 1 large glass

1/2 large banana
1 small handful raspberries or blueberries (fresh or frozen)
4 to 5 tbsp baby oat
1 small tsp honey
1 heaped tbsp greek yogurt
A splash whole milk (adjust to your desired thickness)

Place all the ingredients in a large cup and blend until smooth. Add a little more milk if you feel the smoothie is on the thick side. Enjoy straight away in a glass or 2 (like my son likes to do)
